The affiliated organization for the city of Osaka, Osaka International Business Promotion Center which is the organizer of the Japan’s first Olive Oil specified B to B international exhibition, Olive Oil Kansai 2016 has officially announced that Japan Olive Oil Taster Association (here in after JOOTA) has been appointed as an official cooperation partner for Olive Oil Kansai 2016.

Himeyo Nagatomo (Ms.) the president of JOOTA will be acted as the special planning advisor to create and set up for a variety of each special programs concurrently held with the exhibition. She will be in charge of formulating and consolidating the contents of the full range of special programs such as 3 kinds of special business matching service for the potential buyers, cooking demonstration, special marketing and practical seminars, tasting and analysis to effectively drive this exhibition the further development.

Himeyo Nagatomo (Ms.) has officially been registering herself to be a qualified professional Olive Oil taster of MiPAAF (Assaggiatrice professionista di olio d’oliva, iscritto all’Elenco Nazionale dei Tecnici ed Esperti degli Oli d’oliva Extravergini e Vergini tenuta dal MiPAAF) which is highly difficult to pass for foreigners.

Shehas a lot of professional and technical knowledge under MiPAAF orientation and broad international network on olive oil industry as she is well known.

In terms of living in the country of JAPAN, as she is qualified and an Asian’s first official global standardized Olive Oil taster, she has been invited as the official member of the jury at the international olive oil competitions to evaluate Olive oils on tasting in many countries such as Italy, U.S.A, Spain and New Zealand etc.

Himeyo Nagatomo (Ms.) is also acting as her external consultant for the research and innovation with in/out olive oil producers, universities, research institute and so on. She is committed for the dissemination that truly results in understanding and the spread of knowledge on Olive oil.

We as an organizer are very honored to work with JOOTA of an internationally – known qualified Olive Oil taster, Ms. Himeyo Nagatomo for Olive Oil Kansai 2016. We believe she will lead us into the right direction to potentially grow this new exhibition and raise its value proposition that fulfills the needs of the Olive Oil industry and consumers. Further she will provide us her guidance and experience that this new show strategically requires. Thus our Olive Oil Kansai 2016 exhibition will be able to get a better position to further grow and create more competitive advantage. The first Olive Oil Kansai International exhibition will be held in October18th – 20th, 2016 at INTEX Osaka in Osaka, JAPAN.
